Bug Report Fails

Hi everybody,

 

I have been having issues when I have generated Bugs Report, The process that I have been following is to generate report and said that the report was generated successfully but in Schedule Reports seccion the status was failed.

 

Many times in differents days I have been trying but the result is the same.

 

This issue is due to some bug or error in the SNTC portal?

 

Could you help me with this issue?

Suggested to try to generate the bugs report once again in the new incognito browser window. The issue has been resolved now.
