Hello,
I have a client trying to make a discovery on cisco phones, but the collector is not seeing the phones, what could be blocking the communication?
I used "diagnostic tools - CSPC" ping command. dripped normal.

The collector should only discover and collect data from the Call Manager. The Collector will get all the active registered mac addresses of the Phones, and once the collection is done will be sent to the Portal for parsing the information. On the parsing will cross reference with the registration information of Cisco Database and then it will get its serial number on the portal. So ensure call managers has its snmp string , and it configured to accept snmp queries from collector and then add them to the collector.
