Can not add CCO ID as CBR Admin

Hello,

 

I need help in CSAM.

 

My client have a problem in CSAM to try add my CCO ID as CBR Admin with error: Translation ID 87330

Hi Jonildo,

I reviewed the details provided, it looks like the end customer registration recently was updated and some services are out of sync. This is what is causing the error at the registration tool.

Please share the details of the End Customer, their CCO ID, your partner CCO ID and the contract that links the partner to the end user company to review.
