Can't Login to Smart Net Portal

Hello,

 

I signed up for the SmartNet Total Care Portal, and got the email saying I had been granted access.  However, when I go to services.cisco.com it still says "You do not currently have access to Cisco Services Connection."  Is there some other site I'm supposed to be going through?

Can you send me your CCO ID?  This can be done by clicking on my profile name and selecting the private message option.
