Hey everyone,
I have an issue where a customer cannot commence with the Upload or Collection process. I'm trying to cycle through a few troubleshooting methods but have come up blank as of yet. One such was trying to change the Collector's Timezone which it refused to do when attempting to configure. Another was ensuring the firewalls and rules were not refusing any of the outbound traffic - but there was no issue with that from what I've seen.
What are other hindrances that might prevent a collection or upload process?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

What is the error message the customer is seeing when attempting to push an upload?

Hi, yes.
The problem that's produced is twofold:
"Inventory Operation Failed"
and
"Connectivity service is not running"
As an aside - the configuration of the appliance is now working.
What would be the best way to go about troubleshooting this?
