cannot SFTP

cannot use CPSC with SFTP.  Trying to backup and load via SFTP to a remote folder.   Backups are failing.   Not sure why it is failing as I cannot find detail of the failed attempt.  any ideas how to troubleshoot this issue would be appreciated.

FTP-backup functionality is operational on CSPC 2.7, if you are encountering issues specifically with SFTP I would begin by confirming the contents of the sshd_config file within your FTP server to ensure the user and path settings.

I will follow up once I have a concise list of CSPC log files worth reviewing to help in gathering more information about this error.
