Cant access SNTC portal

The smart net total care portal is not accessible for me. I received an email stating I have a customer admin role. However when I try to navigate to the page I am redirected to a page stating "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection" I then try to register and am redirected to a page saying "it appears you already have access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. You will be redirected in 10 secs." Then it takes me back to the page saying "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection" and the loop continues. Please help.

Please provide the following details so that we can proceed further on the issue : 

  • Party ID
  • COMPANY NAME 
  • CCO ID OF THE CUSTOMER 
  • CONTRACT NUMBER 
  • SERIAL NUMBER 
  • CUSTOMER'S EMAIL ADDRESS
