We have a number of Cat 9600 switches in our network. Those that are installed as single switches, CSPC 2.10 is collecting all the details of the chassis, Sups, line Cards, PSU, models etc.. and uploading these to the SNTC portal. For those that are configured in HA VSL mode CPSC seems to only be capturing the chassis of the device currently holding the VIP.
Is this a known issues/bug or is there something else that I should have configured to ensure the full discovery of the invertory of Cat 9600 in VSL mode?
Many thanks
David

Our issues was resolved in the end by reconfiguring the SNMP user configured on the switch and updating the credentials within CSPC. Working with TAC we could see that the serial number was being pulled via CLI but not under the SNMP configuration. Once updated we were able to see the serial number details and line cards within the SNMP information and this then started to show within SNTC Portal.

Hi David,
Thanks for updating. This issue has been resolved by configuring SNMP on the account. The serial numbers of the devices are now getting reflected on the SNTC portal with other information as well after a successful collection.
Thanks & Regards
