Our customer granted our 3 partner ids CBR admin access on 6/25. Also on 6/25 we received automated Cisco emails stating our 3 partner ids have access. Unfortunately since we are not yet able to view the customer's SNTC Portal.
Please PM me if you'd like the customer name and our ids.
