CBR Admin cannot be assigned

Hi,

 

My customer tried to assig me with CBR Admin role on CSAM but it could not fill the CBR Admin option, we tried on another browser but the result was the same.

 

Could you help me with this issue, please?

Hi,

 

Please private message me customer company name, Customer company DA (who is trying to assign CBR role to you), your CCOID, your (partner) company name and contract number between customer and partner company. I will take a further look and update you.

Hi,

 

I noticed that you are not associated with partner company. Please request partner DA to associated yourself to partner company and then request end customer to assign role to you as CBR.
