CBR Admin w/LOA and all privileges checked cannot see all contracts for Customer
We are trying to run a report for a customer that has provided us CBR Admin with LOA access. He has checked all the boxes for reports, etc. and when we go to Contracts we only see ours and not all. They are wanting us to report on all their contracts. If I go to inventory I see the devices and the contract says OTHER, which is fine. But the "OTHER" contracts are not showing in contracts.
LOA access does not permit you to see other's contracts. If you are looking in the "Covered" report, you'll see the word "OTHER" in the contract number. If you are looking in the "All Contract" report, you will not see the details of other's contracts.
