CBRAdmin not visible in portal

I have been sent here to have the team manually run the sync job for the appropriate CBRAdmin viewing access be available in M Arhur Gensler Associates Portal

Hello There,

 

The customer admin will have to grant you the access to File Import feature.

They can do so through Admin -> Users -> Action -> Manage Acccess.

Hi There -- I now have access to the portal, however I am unable to use the important file function. This is something I should have access to as CBRAdmin, correct?
