CCO ID in DCP Customer side

Hello,
I am writing regarding customer Cisco ID access. 
So the thing is, my customer has cisco IDs, but I can not send them documents for approval via DCP, I see red and orange flags.

I have asked them to review and update information in their profiles, however, I see no changes in the DCP tool so far. What can I do in order for them to have this access to DCP and rights to approve the documents? Thanks in advance for reply.
