Cisco CCO ID problem in Customer.

Hi all,

My client has a generic CCO id support.****@XXXX.com.

With this we have problems when creating the Colletor CSPC portal, started creating new Cisco CCO id with client name that will manage ok.

But trying to access is not allowed, always directing after login to the support portal.****@XXXX.com.

How can we unlink the client's e-mail from the company, to finalize the creation of the SNTC portal.

Thanks if you can help!

Hi There!

Are you trying to get SNTC access to the new CCO ID? You can have the existing DA to log-into CSAM Tool and assign SNTC Role (Customer Admin/Customer User) to new CCO ID.

If this does not help, please share the shared CCO ID as well as new CCO via private message.

Regards,

Suchita

NO, Attempt to login to cisco.com, with new CCO Id, but redirects to CCO generic id, even clearing Cache from browser credentials.
