cisco control license ,warranty and smartnet

Hi ,

i would like to try to understand cisco warranty,smartnet and control license.please hlep me to explain. or please help me the reference link.

• ASA control license (PAK) can apply to any same model ASA device ,correct ? let say we bought ASA 5516 and control license .Cisco deliver one box ASA and control license.But i will use this control license (PAK) for other ASA device ,it can be ?
• if we brought the control license for 1 years and ASA device before the project,when control license count date will start ? 
• let me know what is built in hardware warranty for cisco device ? it is yearly or lifetime ? how to extend the warranty.
• if our smart net is expired and we renew 1 year smartnet after 3 month later,we will get 9 month only or 12 month ?
