I just want to know if the CSPC can discovery switches SG-500.

Yes. Just ensure SNMP is enabled on them.

I found the problem on SG-500 I need to configure the SNMP and enable the SNMP service, I just configured SNMP community without enable the service and the collector doesn't found the device.
