Hi
We installed the Cisco Smart Net Collector version 2.9. We did not configure a proxy during installation routine. As we couldn't access/upload the data to the portal we tried to access the portal by configuring a proxy using the "Appliance Config" button. Now we cannot find out how to delete the proxy configuration in order to use direct internet connection.
How can a former proxy setting be deleted?
