Cisco SNTC (SmartNet Total Care) Entitlement question

Hi there,

I'm currently loading SNTC on our own Solution Centre to test the portal and functionality of the portal but cant find the entitlement file. During the CSP collector  configuration it requests that an entitlement  file needs to be installed. (Please see above) Can this entitlement file be downloaded from Cisco or is it tied to a customers support contract?

Any guidance would be gratefully received.
