Collector upload is not reaching SNTC Portal

I'm having trouble to upload to the SNTC portal. It was working beforehand, but now it's not showing up.

I don't think it might be firewall issues, since I have all the necessary ports opened:

The Collector has the right time set.

Could you guys help me?
