Collector

Hi,

I want a document that proves Cisco Collector is secured and the list of Data that it has access to it when installed in the End user network, i have heard Especially in Egypt and the middle east that SNTC is sold as a warranty because they dont feel safe in using the collector. so they dont have access to the portal or the Dashboard, so they Buy SNTC without using any of the functions.
