Common Services Platform Collector adding static IP Configuration fails

Hi guys

I've installed cisco smart collector around 6 times in the past  however on this occasion, once i install the OVA file in vmware and then try to add a static ip address when the server boots up I get a "configuring your cspc appliance" and then a Failed! message. Ive tried this a few times and get the same problem. There are already 4 virtual machines running on this server and there are plenty of resources. Anyone know what is going on?

Could you please provide screenshot of error or try other option (3) and see how it goes?
