Recommended to post this discussion here; as per incident INC0322368, the address for our company was changed. However, the users were not transferred to the new address.
Please move the following Delegated Administrators from Party ID 121*** to Party ID 266***:
After moving the Delegated Admins, please make CR Party 121*** inactive
In addition, Jill's account is stuck on trying to review the Legal Agreement. When she clicks through and enter the Company Name in the electronic signature area it just says "Click Accept Error" your connection has timed out. Please reload. I've tried this on multiple occasions and it barely takes me 15s to go through the entire thing so it's not an actual timeout issue.

Hello There,
As requested, Jack has been removed from Party:121*** and nominated as DA at Party:266***:
Jill has been removed from Party:121*** as well. You may nominate him a DA role through CSAM Tool.
His Cisco profile is set up as Guest level, so we are not able to proceed with DA nomination as per the policy.
Further the SNTC service has been removed from Party:121*** .
On the error encountered during acceptance of legal terms, these are intermittent failures, and team is working on fixing the same. Most of the times, clearing browser cache or cookies and restarting browser session resolves the issue.
Regards,
Suchita
