Continued CSAM issues

We have run across numerous issues with the CSAM tool, all apparently browser-related.  Some parts only work in IE, some only work in FF or Chrome.  Seems that very seldom do all work in one browser.  Is Chrome incognito mode really the workaround?  This happens with just about every customer.  For example, simply selecting check boxes beside a CCOID doesn't work.  Rather frustrating to all.

I always use Chrome in normal mode and the url: https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/ 

 

Has using that URL in Chrome been an issue for your customers?

Yes, that is the URL I give them.  User trying to add a second DA this morning and unable to check the box beside her name.  We've seen same issue with trying to add a customer user or CBR user.  Everything looks fine, but box simple cannot be selected.
