CRB Admin Access to SNTC Portal

On 2/17/20 I received CBR Admin Access from our customer. As of 2/20/20 we still do not have access to view their SNTC Portal. Why the long delay? I received email notification on 2/17/20 from Cisco that the access was completed. Please PM me for specifics if needed.

I believe the sync up may now be resolved, however please PM me the CCO ID of the CBR user if you are still facing any delay.
