Hello,
I have a customer that has issues with assigning access to individuals in CSAM.
The individuals in question are granted access, but they are still being greeted by the 'Sign-up' page for Total Care when they try to sign-in at services.cisco.com.
Please advise on how to proceed. They've already tried different browsers, refreshing the cache, and they've confirmed to accept access to the portal itself as well.
