CSAM legal agreement

When I try to access the https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam  page it now tells me I am pending a legal agreement.

It then mentions an electronic signature but provides no information - then the page fails. Then the help link fails.

As we have looked into the issue , we have successfully onboarded you to the party id 4312461 that is Vodafone New Zealand Limited . 

We have assigned you as the customer administrator of the company .

I would give you a list - but I cannot login due to this issue to get the up to date Contracts list.

Party ID means, specific identification linked with the account. A party id is associated with a particular company and is used check roles, check the DA and to check company user association.

Please PM the valid contract number associated with the party id .

Please provide any method to get the Party ID

Please contact your account team in order to know your correct party id . We cannot perform the onboarding of the user without the Party id and the contract details .

I have done so with no success.
Can you not do so from the Cisco end ?
Is it not linked to my profile and customer association?

I don't understand why you have to keep asking me for cisco's internal information.
