Customer attempting to accept the agreement in CSAM tool and getting this error.
Both in FF and IE. Back button doesn't fix, nor does logging out and back in.

We now have another customer with different error using Chrome at that url. He gets as far as the Verisign part and then gets this.
Starting to get frustrated here.

The DA for our smartnet has been trying to change the DA to me since this morning. The DocuSign bit with webpage not found came up earlier. Tried clearing cookies and in chrome logged in via the link suggested in this thead. There's an internal server error this time.
Its broken, can this be ack'd and fixed please.
