Hello,

i have question about the following links:

Can someone explain me the differents? Because it is said i should wait for the 2.5 Collector, but isnt the first link the 2.5 Collector?

Because here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12614351/cspc-25 , they say it is something different, but whats the differents?

I read the Collector 2.4 isnt supported by SNTC 3.x.

Hello Daniel,

The title for the first link is not very clear but it refers to the CSPC collector for the Partner Support Service (PSS).  This PSS version of the CSPC is not compatible with the SNTC service.  The second link has the supported CSPC version for SNTC.

The SNTC version will be available soon and once the exact date is known we will post here in the community. If you ‘follow’ this community then you will get email notifications when new content is added. To follow the community, just click on the "follow" button under the actions menu on the right side.
