CSPC 2.7.3 - No Action on "Upgrade Button"

Chris Simm

Hi,

I have a customer collector V2.7.3 that I manage, following the announcement of the Cisco Collector Vulnerability, I have tried to initiate a upgrade to V2.7.4.6 however when I click on the upgrade button, nothing happens, nothing happens if I click on the schedule button either.

I have logged into the CLI and tried to initiate a upgrade, however this fails also with an unable to download error.

The CCO login details I am using work on all other collectors I manage and not had this issue on any other collectors so far.

Firewall settings appear to be normal and no blocking errors.

Can anyone shed any light on this issue other than just redeploy the collector?

Thanks in Advance

Hi,

Thank you for the suggestions, Unfortunately that fails with the error message "Error occurred while executing command" as per the screenshot

cli download.PNG

On the GUI we get the following error now when we click on any of the upgrade tabs, as per the screenshot,

we have reinstalled the certificate and the upload is working as expected and displaying on the Cisco portal

upload ok.PNG

Any further help would be appreciated as I now have another customer with the same issue or advise on how to open a case for the collectors.

Regards

Chris

Can you access the CSPC CLI as 'admin'?
If so please run the command 'check update -d' and let us know the output.

Excellent, please run the command
'download sp-30.1.1-2-0-lnx64'
Once the download is complete (use 'show download' to verify), run the command
'apply sp-30.1.1-2-0-lnx64'
and let the installation take place.
