My firewall logs show the appliance successfully connecting to 72.163.7.113/443 and transferring 6K bytes, then receiving a TCP FIN.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Solved the issue by "clearing" the proxy settings instead of "disabling" the proxy.

The check update command was properly communicating straight out of the firewall however the 'download' command was still trying to use the proxy even though the proxy was disabled in the config.

After 'clearing' the proxy setting to default settings, the download and apply process worked as expected.

Same error message: Seems to be an issue with downloading. Again, in my firewall logs I see the CSPC connecting briefly to a Cisco IP address. To see the list of all the commands press '?' admin# download jeos-30.0.4-2-lnx64 execute % Error occured while executing command admin# Thanks! MJ

Hello, we've forwarded this to the CSPC team. We're pending their investigation.
