Thanks Everyone for the help with this.

In the end it was the PROXY SERVER!!!!!!!

We were able to add the Proxy Server, no problem, however we were unasble to delete it!

In the end a simple

#delete Proxy server

did it!

From our firewall we can see an admit for HTTPs to 72.163.7.113

Isn't this the Cisco server in the cloud, so isn't this issue with Cisco and not our install?

We have even tried reinstalling  a NEW certificate, AGAIN we get EXACTLY the same error.

Hello,

Can you uncheck the export to remote server option in the collection profile?
settings> Manage data collection profile> Select the correct profile> profile details> export upon successful completion of collection profile

After this feature has been unchecked, you will need to configure an upload profile. Please see the documentation below for guidance on the upload profile configuration. Pg 82*

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/cloud-systems-management/common-services-platform-collector-cspc/products-user-guide-list.html

Next, trigger an upload from the upload profile and report back with any new errors from the upload job. Additionally the following ports and Ip's need to be opened for successful upload completion:

Port Requirements (required for upload to Cisco)
·        72.163.7.113 (TCP 443) concsoweb-prd.cisco.com
·        72.163.4.161 (TCP 443/80) www.cisco.com
·        72.163.7.60 (TCP 443/80) dl.cisco.com
·        72.163.7.60 (TCP 443/80) dl1.cisco.com
·        173.37.146.12 (TCP 443/80) dl2.cisco.com
·        173.37.144.208 (TCP 443/80) sso.cisco.com

Kind regards,

Taylor
