CSPC 2.8.0.1 Upload Failed

I have a new collector, and uploads are failing with error 302.

Upload test failed at 11/10/2018 13 48 34 CST with the response
A connectivity exception occurred while processing the request. The Exception is HTTPs TransportMode has Failed 302 

Any ideas?

have you loaded the certificate from cisco  on CSPC?

Yes, I downloaded the ZIP file, and applied it to the server. The Cert information shows up in the Server Info screen.

Do you have any FW in place between CSPC and internet ? if yes you need to allow CSPC to interact with csico portal.
