CSPC 2.8.1.5 Upload Failed - Internal Server Error

Hello,

I have problem uploading, it started 16th of Aug. Help needed.

Upload UPLOADING: FAILED; Certificate: xxxxxxxxxxxxx; Directory: _Upload/1511_1; File: transport-inventory-xx.zip; Other Details: Internal Server Error

Same Collector uploads fine to PSS (SE).

Hi,

Apologies for the delayed in response. 

Have you tried deleting the certificate and downloading it again from the portal and adding it again? I only suggest doing so because of the "certificate" in the front portion of the error.

Can you share more details about the internal server error? You can PM with the details.

Replaced certificate with new one, same error occurs. Mailed you PM.

hey, I am facing this exact same issue, I replaced the certificate with a new one but the problem is still there, any other suggestions?
