CSPC 2.8 Server Down during Upgrade and Error 403 during Export

Could anyone help with this problems. Until monday I upload data without problems.

Thanks Marco.

The CLI screenshot indicates that your firewall/proxy may not be allowing SSL connections to the Cisco end point. Can you work with your firewall team to see if SSL can be allowed to connect?  Once allowed, you can restart the CSPC and try another upload.

Hello Marco,

That error may be an indicator that the ports on your firewall are not open for CSPC to upload successfully.
Can you run this CLI command and let us know the output? You will want to login as "root" CLI username.

'wget https://72.163.7.113/HeadEndWebAppServlet/ --no-check-certificate'
