DNAC application does not support receiving SNMP requests, so it cannot be managed by CSPC.  And CSPC doesn't support calling DNAC APIs.  If you just want the physical HW of the DNAC, it the CIMC interface is enabled with SNMP, you can include that IP for the CSPC to collect from and it will provide the HW in SNTC portal.
