Like others, unable to generate entitlement file from the dashboard or from the collector registration process.

Hello,

You have been re-onboarded to the correct company. You will need to return to the CSAM tool and accept the agreement there:

https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam/

All other steps have been completed; you should be able to generate an entitlement certificate with the correct company associations in place.
