CSPC ISO 2.8 - GUI issues

Hi, 

 

We have deployed the collector successfully and assigned an IP address. However, we are not able to access the URL. 

 

We have tried all troubleshooting steps from the troubleshooting guide, but no luck.  

 

Firewall is not blocking 8001 port and tried as well different browsers.

Are you able to ping or ssh to the Box? on the console are you able to connect with the CLI user admin? Is this a VMware deployment, if so why you opt for the ISO instead of he ova?

 

Yes, we are able to ping, ssh the box and connect with the CLI. It is a VMware and we used OVA for the deployment. 

 

I have the same issue, but I used a ISO for install, may you help me please?
