CSPC issue not showing data after export, need webex session.

Hello,

 

I have a customer with a CSPC issue and would like to have a Webex session whenever is possible to try and fix it.

Hi,

 

As per our session we have generate a new certificate from the SNTC portal and applied it to the CSPC and then we were successfully able to upload the data manually to the portal.
