Hello team,

I'm having problems with my Partner Support Service Portal, from Cisco CSPC.

When trying to register a new collector, for a customer the customer does not appear. And I have the error message, Client not found.

For PSS, you are entitled to open a TAC SR Case - Please open a SR for the best way to reach out to PSS Support Teams.
Use the online Support Case Manager (SCM)<> to open a PSS Service Request.
