CSPC Software Update - CCO Fails

We have a customer who is running CSPC Release 2.9, the collector is all setup and working, BUT we can't get the software update feature to work. 

So what is strange is the collector accepts the CCO account and says it's authenticated, but when you go to set a schedule it then says there is an authentication error.

We have tried with both the customer CCO and my CCO (which definitely works) and get the same result. Any ideas anyone?? Thanks!
