Hello,

I have a discovery job schedule every day with a lot of IP Address:

10.100.0.0-10.100.15.255

This work fine.

Now I want to unmanage 2 IP in this range :

10.100.1.100   /   10.100.6.12

I include this IP in Device Management > Credential Management > Do Not Manage Devices List.

But after each discovery, the IP come back

Is there a way to exclude IPs ?

Thanks

Hello,

If you want to prevent the CSPC from managing devices while running a discovery, you can add these to the Do Not Managed List located under the Settings menu.

The option you have selected in the Device Credentials is only to prevent the selected devices from being inventoried during a collection job.

Thank you,

It's same menu, look print screen, but it doesn't work

I have the version 2.7.3

Thank you for the update.

Please make sure you have unmanaged these devices as well from Management -> Unmanage Devices... before you run a new discovery job. Coupled with the Do Not Manage list this will ensure your do not discover the offending devices again.

Regards

Yes that was done.

Thank you for the update, I'm glad it is working now.
