CSPC upgrade did not update RP

As per this thread:

We upgraded to 2.8, but RP is still stuck on 4.2.  It is therefore not collecting any newer devices.

Hello,

 

Could you please send me a PM containing the following information:

 

  • A screenshot of your current RP version (Help > About > View Version)
  • The Appliance ID of the collector experiencing the issue (Help > About > View Properties)
  • The PID/Model info of the devices failing to collect
  • The Discovered status of the devices failing to collect (Reports > Device Discovery Reports > View Managed Devices > [Reachable / Unreachable])
  • The sysObjectID for the failing devices

PM was sent.

Still having these same issues. Anyone else with any ideas why we are stuck on 4.2, or how fix it?
