CSPC upgrade to 2.7.4 fail ?

Upgrade still hanging up in Apply-in-process . . .

 

I ran the command to change the status and then restarted the upgrade from CLI.  ?? am i just restarting the 2.7.4 download/upgrade or is there a 2.7.3.2 that i should be running ?  I can't find that software.. 

 

I have once again applied the Status change command and am sitting at Apply-Failed.

 

I would really like to get this working without re-installing the collector.

Hello,

 

Approximately how long has the Apply status been in effect? Typically, the install within the same major version will take about 1 hour to complete.

 

If you have access to the 'collectorlogin' and 'root' accounts I can provide some additional steps to manually apply the patch files as an alternative method.

I let it run overnight.
