CSPC Upgrade to 2.7.4 Stuck in "Downloading"

Currently used the GUI to upgrade and have let it sit for 24 hours.  After that I have logged in to the admin shell and get the following output when running a "show download progress"

I saw in https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/support/docs/cloud-systems-management/common-services-platform-collector-cspc/CSPC-ReleaseNotes-2732.pdf that there is a way to reset the status but I'm not sure if the carriage returns carry over from the doc and am wondering if this is still a process I can use to cancel the download and try to start it from the CLI.

Can you please let me know if you initiated the upgrade from the GUI or CLI? It shows that the patch may have already been attempted. Can you please provide me the output of the command "show ver -d".

You are correct the PDF file has some formatting issued for this reason to avoid the problems in the document I attached the following file which shows the line by line. But that above command should still be valid depending on the present version since older versions use a different database than Derby. The command it is a derby database tool command and you would had to connect to it from a derby prompt once you apply the line commands that are delineated on the release notes document for 2.7.3.2 prior to issue the command. If successful you should had given you a prompt like ij>.  

In any case prior to attempt that command in specific

Issue the following commands and send the output to us.
