Can someone direct me to a current list of equipment that is supported and can be pulled into SNTC?

Hi Charles,

Do you happen to know who the owner is of this Smart_Collector_CSPC_Supported_Devices document? Also,is there a user friendly format of this document (Excel, csv, txt); specifically the device tables?

-Chinh

Chinh,

The document you are referring to provides information for devices that are supported by the Cisco Partner Support Service (not Smart Net Total Care). Are you sure you are looking for the owner of that document?

-Syd

I would actually like to know the owner of this CSPC document in order to find out if there is a more user friendly version.

There is a PSS PID checker

This link is to the Partner Support Service Documentation Library right next to the Device list you are referring to and contains the same information in a spreadsheet form.

Hi Sydney,

Are the devices in the "Product ID Checker" document up to date with the Smart_Collector_CSPC_Supported_Devices pdf offered below by Charles Hill? If not, then how do they differ?

-Chinh

Chinh,

Partner Support Service and Smart Net Total Care Service, while similar in the kind of device analysis they provide, are not identical. The two supported device lists are different and reflect the differences in the analysis engines for each service.

I was confused by the initial question for SNTC support and then the document link Charles sent pertains to CSPC, so I was thrown by it's presence in this forum.

Thank you for clearing that up, Sydney.
