Custom Inventory EXPORTED Report is missing Collection Date and HW

Hi

My customer has created a Custom Inventory and wants to export it. The columns Collection Date and HW Alerts are in the visible report but if you click on Export and take the option "To my reports", then these columns do not show in csv, xlsx or pdf. They do show if you take the option "download" , but there are > 65000 rows so "download" is greyed out. I see that on the visible report (before you extract it), that these 2 columns do not have the 3 dots

Dear Jim,

I was able to reproduce the issue that you observed with exported Custom Inventory report, this could be a bug in the system, I will validate a few things and confirm.

As a workaround you may want to look at offline custom inventory report. You can request this report from Actions - Schedule Reports - Select Custom Inventory Report from the drop-down.

The report has a tab Custom Inventory that should show collection date and hardware alert.
