I have a customer who logged into SNTC portal for first time today and there was no inventory showing. I saw that the customer name was their inter*** and not the co*** that the collector is set up under. Is this something that can be fixed on Cisco's end?

Please private message me and share customer CCOID, correct customer company name and collector id that he should be associated with. I will check further and update you.
