Customer Cannot Access Portal & Cannot Grant Themselves Access from CSAM.

Hi, I have a customer that cannot grant any access privilege from CSAM despite having access to CSAM. As a result, they have no access to their own portal. I've screenshots of the issue as well as information from the customer. Please assist. Thank you. pep
