Customer Cannot Create SNTC Portal.

Hello,

I have a customer that has an issue trying to create the SNTC portal; there are a myriad of errors where the portal won't be created despite getting the verification e-mail and such. Can anyone assist in the provisioning of it? I have the customer's CCOID and information as well as screenshots of the error.
