Customer cannot view coverage on their devices

The customer is not being able to view coverage on some of their devices in the SNTC portal,SNTC Cust not viewing Coverage_2.JPG I as an Asset Manager can view the details in the portal. Why is this happening? The customer should be able to view if their devices have coverage or not, correct? SNTC CAM viewing Coverage_2.JPG
